If you live in the Roodepoort and Randburg area take time to check out Spaanyard in Honeydew. The Spaanyard is a great kids party venue for kids of all ages. They have swings, a slide, a trampoline, climbing tyres and a variety of friendly farm animals to play with. The animals are available for touch and feed during parties. Also available are kids pony rides and fun walks in bunny pen.

ForStars Decor Corner: Fringed Wedding and Party Invites

Planning a wedding, party, or corporate function? Why not try a making a fringed party invite. These are not popular in Johannesburg, Vaal, and Pretoria however a few Roodeport decorators have started picking up on it. This is how its done:

 

Jazz up a plain white card with some pretty tissue paper fringing.

Print out your invite on A5 card. Using a glue, attach strips of tissue paper in alternate colours. Then cut fringing into the tissue paper.

 

Simple. Cost effective. Looks amazing.
